TIM CHEFFINGS (also sponsored by KCFitness)

Tim is a professional event rider competing successfully at international level, based at Downe Farm in North Devon.  Tim's career highlights include a win in the CIC2* at Belton International 2016,  he is also the winner of the Mark Todd Bridging the Gap scholarship for 2016.  Tim came to KCFitness wanting to rebalance his strength and to work on improving core strength as well as general flexibility. 



Tyler is a professional competitive dressage rider with many successes including National Champion at the NAF 5 Star Winter Championships 2016.  Tyler currently trains out of the saddle twice a week with KCFitness, working on general rider fitness with special focus on  core and leg strength plus flexibility.  Tyler's favourite exercise  is the back-squat! 


Ed chanin

Ed had a serious riding accident in 2001 and suffered head and spinal injures, he is now a professional para dressage rider and his futures goals include progressing to the Equestrian World Class Programme (supported by the UK Sport lottery fund).  KCFitness is very pleased and honoured that Ed has asked for assistance with his training in the gym, and hopes to help improve his functional as well as rider fitness.
