Classes run every Monday at 10-11am in Exeter's St Thomas Pleasure Ground.  

Pricing; first session if free of charge.  Thereafter each session is £5 or £25 for a block of 6 sessions (to be used in 8 weeks).

Having always enjoyed an active lifestyle, taking part in daily exercise classes and running before I had babies, I was keen to get back into fitness. Particularly strength training in order to help support my back problem. Finding something I could fit into busy family life was a challenge until KCBuggy Fitness came along. I joined Katie’s Buggy Fitness class in Exeter 8 months after having my son. I was feeling unfit, out of shape and desperate to do something about it. I have found the classes to be hugely beneficial, making me feel more motivated to improve my fitness and strengthening areas that I was worried would never recover after my pregnancy! I found that the hour long sessions were challenging but enjoyable and Katie aways took into account my own strengths and weaknesses and was incredibly encouraging even when I felt I was struggling.
