This is an informal meeting available to everyone and for those of you who have never had a personal trainer before, a good chance to make you feel at ease.   It is also an opportunity to find out what personal training involves and the benefits of an individualised training programme.  We would also discuss goals for fitness and nutrition, including weight-loss if that’s your objective. Katie can cater for a range of fitness goals, including marathons, triathlons, or even if you just want to become fitter, stronger and leaner.

1:1 training

Individualised training programme, ideally meeting at least once a week in order to achieve goals. Your current diet will be analysed and nutritional advice provided on a continual basis.  With a review every 4-6 weeks, we can discuss progression and re-evaluate goals ensuring that you are on the right track to achieve your ambitions.  Support can also be provided between training sessions, giving exercise plans to do by yourself plus offering encouragement and advice.


Group training

Training with a group of friends or family can make exercise even more fun and motivational.  It can also mean personal training is more affordable and group sessions could be additional training to your 1:1 sessions.  Whether you choose to meet at your local park, the gym, your home or even at your place of work, group sessions with friends or family make the experience more enjoyable but also challenging and inspirational to improve fitness.  A free initial consult will also be offered to everyone whether you prefer to do so individually or together and nutritional advise will also be provided as much as possible. Sessions can be in groups of 2-6, however larger groups will be considered.



As part of personal training, Katie will always offer nutritional advice.  However for more in-depth nutritional advice, nutrition consults are offered.  Whether your goal is to get fitter, leaner and stronger, to lose weight, feel more energised, have healthier looking hair and skin, you will receive a diet plan tailored to your exact requirements. 





Payg for 1:1 training

£35 per session*

1:1 Training Packages

'Summer prep' £120 monthly payment package includes;

  • A one hour personal training session per week
  • Personalised exercise programme
  • Personalised diet plan

Group training

£40 per session* for a pair.

£15 per person for groups of 3-5 people.

£50 per hour (diet plan included in price).

*Based on each session lasting one hour; from you home, work place, outdoors or gym (no gym membership required).


Payment by cash accepted, however bank transfer is preferred.  Payment always due before the start of a session.
